ALESSIO FELICIONI
BIOGRAPHY
Alessio Felicioni is a Photographer, Filmmaker and Musician based in Pescara, Italy.
Since his early childhood, his marked love for nature pushes him to watch, learn and explore, having his mother sign him to an archaeology/photography class when he was just 6. In that same year, 1995, he also starts taking piano lessons. That’s when his journey through photography and music starts, leading him to the present, where he is a full-time artisan/artist, working with stills, video and sound.
Through the years he has worked with major Italian companies, spacing between food, wine making/beer crafting, constructions, and events. Since 2018, he’s been working with LEN (Ligue Européenne de Natation), the European swimming federation, for which he covers all the major European swimming events as a video reporter and social media content creator. He also is, together with Alessandro Petrini and Fortunato Gatto, a media partner and brand ambassador for Montura, a well renowned Italian sportswear company.
His time-lapse video, Gargano – Mediterranean Majesty, has been patronised by the Gargano National Park and published by National Geographic Magazine.
In his musical vision, he spaces between various genres, slightly leaning towards electronic music, and finds in the concept of “sound design” the centre of his musical universe.
His degree in Computer Science comes in 2014, at the end of a long journey, started from an early passion for technology and videogames; he’s also been working with computer graphics since 2007.
In his vision, “Respect” is the paramount value, starting with respect for the environment and moving on to respecting the “Self” and the others. Guided by a strong, vibrant passion, he strives to keep his creativity alive and to push himself towards a constant personal and professional growth.
